Fixes from last Build (Gen3 Offline):
  - This build is meant for offline viewing of Gen 3 PAD files, users should avoid running this build on Gen2 Hardware
  - Windows 7, 32 Bit support, The Analyzer will run in only in offline mode on Windows 7
  - Issues resolved related to Sequence viewer & Transaction viewer
  - The Analyzer now works with License Manager versions 03.83.1023 or higher.
  - Crash in Analyzer when the My Documents path is set to a non default path has been fixed.
  - Crash in Analyzer in case of MRIOV mode has been fixed.
  - Fixed Default search & filter in Gen3 PAD files

Features (Gen3 Offline) :
  - Gen3 Packet decoder bug fixes.
  - Added Gen3 Packet Viewing support in offline mode
  - Added Gen3 Transaction/Sequence viewing support in offline mode
  - Added Gen3 Packet Search, Filter,Traffic Summary (include quick search) support in offline mode
  - Added Gen3 Lane Viewer functionality
  - Added Gen3 Performance Summary View functionality

KNOWN ISSUES:

  - Performance Summary View is known to hang while working on Gen3 Traces

  - If you get an error message: 'The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\Windows\System32\Hhctrl.ocx\ occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.',

  - Following Known issues exist
    - For Gen1/Gen2 Module type (online/offline):
      - SAD00390035  Timestamps are not synchronised when using two N5306A modules with different link width  in same session
